Found this review on a receipt from last years anniversary.
Pours 1 finger of creamy beige head. Color is a clear copper amber. Great retention with a lot of lace.
Aroma: Floral hops with a lot of bright citrus fruits. Grapefruit and oranges. It also has some caramel malt.
Taste: Floral and grassy hops. Very earthy. It also has some roasted malt and dry chocolate flavors. Very faint however. Grapefruit and orange citrus again. Caramel malts.
Mouthfeel: Bitter with a touch of roast. Medium bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends sticky. Overall, a solid ipa. Unique with the chocolate and roasted malt flavors. Pretty drinkable.

Had this at the brewery before my flight back home. Poured into a pint glass. Review from notes.
4.5 A: Clear amber brown color. One finger of creamy off-white head with great retention and plenty of lacing. Quite a looker.
3.5 S: Mixture of herbal hoppiness, caramel and toasty maltiness, and fresh mountain spring water.
3.0 T: Mixture of bitterness, herbal hoppiness, and strange caramel maltiness. The flavors just don't mix well. Can't really explain why. This was my 4th pint in about two hours, so my palate and soberness were a bit in question.
4.0 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Reasonably creamy and smooth. Good, but nothing standout.
3.5 D: This is a hoppy amber ale without a true direction. Not bad and worth a try, but that's about it.

On draught at the brewery, Town Hall's Anniversary ale is copper with an off-white head that sticky lace rings.
Smell is on the hoppy side, sweet citrus, and some of iced tea from the crystal.
Taste is pretty good, a solid, if generic ale. Sturdy but clean, some depth of flavor but generally smooth. Some caramel, some hop spice, a hint of sugar, and a touch of residual sugar. Totally forgettable, but no complaints.
Mouthfeel is smooth, dry, with a medium body.
Drinkability is pretty good, this is a well made ale of no distinction. A little underwhelming for an anniversary brew, but at certainly illustrates their ability to execute, even if the design is uninspired.

Draft. Poured into a pint glass. Reddish clear color wih a fluffy slightly off white head. Head laces as it recedes. Roasty malt aroma with fairly subtle citrus rind notes. Medium mouthfeel with good carbonation. Slightly sweet up front that then transitions to a nice citrus rind bitterness followed by the roasty caramel and chocolate notes. Lingering bitterness from the roast.
