Tap pour at Town Hall Brewery. Served chilled in a teku glass.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Tiny bubble off white head. Leaves behind strings of lacing.
Aroma of lemon, peach, and grassy funk.
Taste is tart, with flavors of lemon, peach, apricot, and dusty funk. Aftertaste tails off quickly but maintains the funk.
More than medium mouthfeel. Drying and a slight tooth scraper. Very good carbonation.
Easy to savor. The barrel adds complexity. Lots of oak, with white wine essence.
