On nitro tap at Town Hall Tap. This beer arrives a deep ruby color. The head is one inch in height, and recedes slowly leaving nice rings of lacing down the glass. The aroma is of caramel, toffee, cherries, and floral hops. It is a rather mild aroma, probably due the the nitrogen. The taste is maltier than the aroma with a lot of toffee and caramel with hints of cherry and flowers. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a creamy texture and low carbonation. Overall, this is a nice amber ale. I would, however, like to try it off of a regular tap as I have found nitro taps to dull the flavor and aroma of beer.

Draft (Nitro). Poured into a pint glass a dark amber reddish brown color with a light tan head that only being a nitro can give you. Sweet cereal aroma, light and grainy. The head stays for the entire time I have this beer. Medium, velvety mouthfeel. Sweet start gives wat to light roast notes along with some bitterness that lingers.
