Draft. Poured into a tulip glass a cloudy brown with red highlights color with a light tan coasters head. Lots of ripe cherry notes in the nose and little else as the cherry pretty much dominates this one. Medium mouthfeel. Tart sweet cherry upfront followed by a light bready and roasty flavor. Some minimal bitterness in the end. The murky muddy look isnt the most appealing but the flavor and aroma certainly make up for it. Another decent fruit infused beer at TH.

Served in a snifter.

Served with 1/2 finger of beige head that fades down a little. Leaves some splattered lace. Color is a burnt orange hued brown.

Aroma: Dried cherries, kind of sweet. Caramel and some cinnamon spice. Fairly fruity. A little like enigma.

Taste: The taste is very similar to NG Enigma, but not sour or tart. Fresh cherry pie flavored. Caramel malt. The finish reminds me of cinnabun.

Mouthfeel: Smooth and creamy. Medium bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends clean, a bit dry.

Overall, a really nice infusion from TH. Nothing crazy, but just solid. Very enjoyable. Glad I could try this one.
