Poured on tap into a 10 oz snifter at the brewpub.

A- Beautiful hazy straw yellow brown appearance, one finger white head, standard appearance for a hefe.
S- Very nice refreshing aroma, sweet, banana, clove, slight rhubarb aroma as well very similar to your typical double hefe aroma.
T- The taste is where this beer separates itself from other delicious hefeweizens, WOW, very surprising, slightly sour, hints of citrus and lemon, rhubarb, banana, sour, so good and balanced, just amazing.
M- Medium mouthfeel, very refreshing, nice tartness, nice carbonation.
O- Was sitting at the bar about to order the amazing Mango Mama when one of the brewers comes out and changes the keg where the mango mama was. I was not let down with the keg that was replaced. This beer is so good, I believe it’s the first time they’ve brewed this one and it’s superb. Hope I can get it again before the (one keg) runs out, highly recommended.

Served with a finger of white head. Lots of splattered lace left. Color is a hazed golden orange.

Aroma: Double hefe with a slight amount of rhubarb. Wheat, bananas, cloves, oranges.

Taste: Amazing. So much here. A sour twang is present with the rhubarb flavors. Has a lot of the hefe flavors, but more pronounced than in the nose. The sourness is so hard to describe but it is so awesome. I also get a bit of cherries.

Mouthfeel: Sour, tart, creamy, clean. Medium bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends clean.

Overall, this was probably the best hefe I have ever had. Awesome TH infusion beer. The rhubarb provided an awesomely unique flavor along with a unique sourness to it. Simply amazing.
