Hazy golden orange.
Bananas, cloves, spice, and orange peel. Classic hefe. Smooth and creamy feel. Medium bodied. Medium to medium high carbonation.

Cloudy and dirty golden with as much head and retention as the stupid sampler glass would permit. Holy phenols! Holy esters! Loads of clove and banana as promised on the menu and some bubblegum too. I am missing the lemony tartness that I sometimes get from this style... fairly crisp and not as dirty as some other examples are. However, it is very good and I will drink it again.

10 oz pour on tap into a snifter.
A- One finger frothy bubbly off white head, typical looking Hefe, golden straw color, cloudy, nice lacing.
S- The aroma is just like any other solid Hefe, banana, clove slight citrus, love the aroma, some malt and spice as well, some malt breadiness in the background.
T- The taste is little different than the aroma, Slight lemon, banana, clove, malt, really smooth, refreshing, leaves a lemon grass aftertaste.
M- Medium mouth feel, well carbonated beer, clean finish.
O- So far every Hefe Town Hall has brewed has been quality, this one is no exception, many of the usual characteristics that are known in Hefeweizens are present with some added flavors, to make it unique and tasty.
