Belgian style Grand Cru aged with Michigan tart cherries in Bourbon barrels.

750ml can. Fill date is '2/28(2024)'.
Clear, reddish amber colored body. Fizzy off white head which disappears quickly leaving a surface storm. No lacing.
Aroma of bourbon barrel soaked caramel malts, and oak, with cherry fruit highlights.
Taste is bourbon soaked cherry fruit. Sweet, and with a solid malt base. Oak tannins come in late. Cherry touches all aspects, and lingers in the aftertaste. Very cocktail-like.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture and has a bit of stickiness. Good carbonation.
Sweet cocktail inspired brew, with a layered texture of flavors. Higher ABV% is very warming but hidden as to burn. A sipping delight.
