On cask at Town Hall Tap. This beer arrives a clear red color. The head is one inch of creamy white foam that lingers around until the beer is gone. The aroma is of mandarin oranges, flowers, and herbs with a hint of pale malt beneath. The taste is similar to the aroma. Oranges lead the way, but a strong floral character isn't far behind. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a velvety texture, and appropriately light carbonation. Overall, this is a great pale ale that I wish I could drink daily. One of the best beers I've had from Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery.
