On tap at Town Hall Brewery. This beer arrives a black color with a small head that recedes within seconds leaving no lacing. The aroma is of tart raspberries with some fruity sweetness, and roasted malt. The taste is roasty and tart up front with a sharp bitterness in the finish that distracts from the rest of the beer. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation, and a sticky texture. Overall, this beer doesn't really do it for me. The strong bitterness in the finish contrasts too much with the sweet, and tart aspects of this beer for my liking. I can't see myseft drinking this again.
