On-tap at the brewery.
A- Pours a dark brown with a thin off white one finger head that last merely for a few seconds and dissipates into a thin cap. No lacing is left behind.
S- Vanilla immediately stands out followed by dark and milk chocolate, bready malt and a hint of freshly roasted espresso beans.
T- Vanilla is again prominent in the taste with notes of dark chocolate cookies, espresso beans covered in milk chocolate and roasted malt.
M- Medium carbonation and a light to medium body. Has a slight crisp mouthfeel that finishes dry.
O- A really nice offering with the vanilla standing out, but not being overly sweet by any means. The roasted malt seemed to balance this beer quite well. A great dessert beer to have with a chocolate ganache or just vanilla bean ice cream.
