Poured on tap at town hall fresh into a TH snifter
Pours a dark golden haze, 2 mm thick head, nice lacing as it fades to a thin ring with hazy center.
Smells Of sweet sweet mango, mild ginger and yummy hops
Tastes of tangy mango, medium hops with a wonderful burst of pine followed by a nice ginger finish.
Medium body, slightly chewy, medium carbonation with a nice tingle. Large feeling without being heavy and filling.
A very good beer. A great follow up to Mango Mama. The ginger is subtle and adds a nice touch to the sweet beer. A great simple follow up.

Served in a tulip a darker orange color with a nice cap of foam.
Very fruity and tropical smelling with more ginger than anything else coming through.
The taste is much like the nose, with lots of fruit and tropical fruit notes galore. The mango is there, but taken over by the ginger. The ginger adds a nice spice character with some bite. Very tasty.
Medium bodied and very smooth with a very dry finish due in large part to the ginger I suspect.
A really nice version of Masala Mama/Mango Mama. The ginger works really well in this, but I couldn't do more than one glass of this. The ginger wears a bit by the end. I would have it again next time however!

Pours a beige head. Color is a golden orange.
Aroma: all the goodness that mango brings to the table with a nice amount of ginger that isn't doesn't overspice the beer. Mangoes and a whole mess of earthy hops.
Taste: this beer is awesome. The mangoes show so much with just a slight of the ginger but it adds a nice layer. So fruity and fresh. Floral and earthy. Citrusy.
Mouthfeel: smooth and bitter. Kind of sweet. Medium bodies with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends pretty clean.
Overall, this was a great version of masala mama. Better than the coconut version. Very drinkable. Very enjoyable.
