On tap at Winterfest 2003, St. Paul, MN...
Clearish gold (filtered according to the pourer), sugary head that laces in drops. Reserved orangey aroma, some bit of yeastiness. Subtle fleshy fruit malting, mandarin orange, some fresh date, and pumpkin pie spices. Dry finish with a slightly balsam-like hop cleansing. Nice and spritzy but not overcarbonated in mouthfeel. Refreshing and a good example in a style that sometimes isnt my favorite.
