Golden orange in color. White head.

Flavor profile is mainly wheat flavors and piney hops. A bit of earthiness and spiciness. Orange and some zest.

Mouthfeel: Crisp and clean. Lighter bodied. Ends clean.

Overall, an easy drinking beer that is great for a hot summer day. I'd drink more of this one.

On tap at the brewpub. Served in a standard shaker glass.

Appearance: Color is a very hazy yellowish golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. About one finger of white head which slowly fades into a thin patchy layer. Leaves a decent amount of lacing.

Smell: A very fruity and yeasty aroma with a big presence of citrus and earthy hops. Upfront hops with earthy and floral hints. Scent of grass and slight pine. Juicy citrus fruit hints of orange, tangerine, apricot, lemon, and pineapple. Also some hints of banana and bubblegum. Bready pale malt and wheat with hints of grains, yeast, straw, and cracker. Slight honey sweetness. A pretty solid aroma.

Taste: Like the aroma, a juicy and surprisingly hoppy taste with some good yeast notes. Upfront earthy hops with floral notes and some grass. Slight note of pine spice. Citrus fruit esters of orange peel, apricot, lemon zest, tangerine, and pineapple. Slight notes of green apple, banana, honey, and bubblegum. Bready wheat and pale malt with notes of grains, straw, yeast, and cracker. A nice refreshing juicy taste.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, clean, and juicy. Pretty smooth and drying.

Overall: A pretty good brew. Listed on the menu as a "Germain Weiss" although it seems just as much an American Pale Ale with some Germain yeast. Good hop presence.
