This Imperial IPA is filled with Citra & Wai-iti hops which add some citrusy flavor and a fair amount of bitterness - it's IBU is 85. Although it clocks in at 8.5% abv the alcohol is well hidden amongst the hops and Golden Promise Malts. No one is going to mistake this for the 'Abrasive' Imperial being served at Surly, but it is a decent DIPA with some good fruity notes.
