Densely bodied, dark, pale brown color with a slight dark orange cast to the edges. Soft, finger high head of lighty sandy browned white, firmly creamed foam. Tons of lacing decorates the glass in broken sheeting.
Aroma is very light and soft; clean, crisp, and rounded with a pale grassy, whole grain maltyness that would seem like what a Pilsner should smell like. Just not very aromatic in any fashion.
Flavors are very nice and pleasantly rounded on the palate. Crisp, full, wholesome, clean pale malt profile and Pils malt taste. Kinda bready, tender with a touch of toasted grassyness and a very tiny puff of roast and cocoa. Clean favorable finish that is only a titch dry and has a late, light grassy pinch. Nice.
Body is about medium with a smooth, yet tense carbonation grab thats well-balanced, firm, and holds a nice tone the whole way through.
Drinkabilty is outstanding! A nearly perfect Pils. A great job by Great Waters "Bob" on this one. A summer drinker keeper! Yum!
