Served on tap, this pours a hazy dark yellow color, with a small white head that quickly dissipates, yet leaves ample lacing on the glass. The smell is malty, yet slightly sulfery. Thankfully, there is no sulfer in the taste. What I taste includes a sweet malty backbone, a slight fruity flavor(cherry?), a grainy rye taste, and a slight hop bite at the finish. This beer is brewed with honey, yet the sweetness is balanced by the rye and the hops. This is a very nice tasting beer. It is a bit lighter in body, but that makes even better as a late Spring-early Summer drinker. Nice job!
