Review from notes on 11/24
A: Dark amber/brown with a small off white head. Not much lacing.
S: Yeasty. Fruity and a bit of spice.
T: Malty sweetness. Good amount of fruitiness too. Balanced nicely by the belgium yeast that has a bit of spice to it. There is also a slight bubble gum taste to it as well.
M: Medium body. Moderate carbonation.
D: Pretty good drinkability. I couldn't do multiple pints of this in a row, but one is a good treat.
