Just was put On Draught October 31, 2002. Listed as a 'Copper Colored Spiced Ale'. Initially I was a bit reserved in ordering a pumpkin ale, but I am glad I did.
Poored a copper color with a nice creamy head. Very light spice and pumpkin aroma, though not as upfront as I would have thought.
Initial taste revealed a well balanced flavour, not very spicy, but it was present. Average mouthfeel. Very smooth to the last drop. Pumpkin flavour is very easy and doesn't overwhelm. I can image driking several glasses in one sitting.
Will definetely try this again.
