This beer arrives a brown color. The head is half an inch in height, and recedes slowly leaving almost no lacing. The aroma is of lemongrass with a hint of roasted malt, but it is very faint. The taste is similar to the aroma, but more pronounced. There is very little yeast character, but what is there is accentuated nicely by the lemongrass. The mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium bodied with a smooth texture, and moderate carbonation. Overall, this is an interesting beer. If it were a bit more yeasty I would probably fall in love with it. As is I will probably skip it next time I am at the brewery.
