On tap at the brewpub.
A - Poured out a cloudy, reddish brown color with a thick, tan head of foam. It had nice retention and left sudsy trails of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled of raisin, plum and caramel maltiness. Nice yeasty notes, too.
T - It tasted of caramel, raisin, plum and sweet caramel maltiness. It had a touch of spicy yeastiness.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This is a really good Belgian-style ale that I kept going back to.
