On tap: Served cold with a light head of bubbly froth and is a hazy yellow, no lace. Smells of nothing, I couldn't get anything to touch my nose. Hello, anybody home, aroma, are you there? Taste is minimal at best of very slight sweet malt and watery, with some hop presence thats slightly bittering, nothing stands out though. Feel is medium and watery, a bit gritty-like with an oily thinness.
Drinkable if you like flavored water.

On tap at the brewpub...
Surprisingly hazy for a Pilsener, very gold-ochre color. Scant head of large bubbles. Laces in simple drops on the side of the glass. Worked hard to get an aroma, a slight bit of the barest malt. Slightly sugary bright malt flavor notes. The hops that fail to waft in the aroma are very apparent in the taste, quite bitter for a Pils, with a slighly oily, gritty, and heavy feeling that lingers into a rind-like aftertaste. My overall take on this one is that it would be good with a giant plate of heavy nachos, but it lacks the finesse of a light and crisp Pilsener. Great Waters may need more experience in cold ferementers, especially a style this delicate...
