Yellow orange color. Hazy, blanche-like. Compact head, creamy and white.
At the smell it is evident the smell of the Corsica berry (Arbouse), a light coriander, and a good citric.
In the taste the citric is more relevant, and the wheat too is more noticeable. Then, again the berries of the "arbouse", and some green tea.
Normal body.
In the aftertaste the berries again, the wheat, and a hint of delicate honey. After some while, it can become a little boring, but anyway, a decent brew.
