On cask
Pours with a deep dark amber body. Slight tan head, quite creamy, good retention
Smell, some off flavours but past that some hops and some spices, clovey
Taste, a few off flavours on the initial tasting, but followed by a a stern and sharp hop bite, followed by a thick malt backbone
A pretty darn good ale, let down by some off flavours though
