Brewed to celebrate the discovery of Britain’s Ancient Capital at the Ness of Brodgar. The Ness is a narrow headland sandwiched by two lochs and stretching from the Stone Circle at Brodgar to the Stones of Stenness. Here lies a discovery that suggests the civilisation of the British Isles started in Orkney and made its way south, giving rise to the Neolithic society and culture that founded Stonehenge
