Balanced aroma of herbal and citrus hops with caramel malt.
A fruity flavour. Light grapefruit and apricot with a medium to light bitter finish.
Soft carbonation. Light to moderate body.

500 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 3.7%. Crystal clear golden colour, moderate white head. Disappointing aroma of wort and dust. Light bodied as expected. Citric flavour, with a sharp and slightly metallic bitterness. Very far from Orkney's best ale.

From a cask pull in Edinburgh. Described as a session IPA on the Orkney website. Very little carbonation since it was on cask. Pretty average.
