8/29...pours cloudy gold, heavy white foam. Orange tint. Wheaty malt nose. Creamy mouthfeel, smooth, very carbonation. Quick wheat taste, then dissolves quickly. So so.

On tap at Market Street Brewing Co in Corning, NY.
Pours a cloudy straw yellow, with a one inch head, and a little bit of lacing. Fairly typical.
Smells like clove, citrus, and coriander.
The taste is similar- hits all of the typical Belgian wit buttons, clove, wheat bitterness, citrus, coriander, but this one has an absolutely atrocious menthol aftertaste, sort of like drinking mouthwash. I don't know what happened, but it's not at all what I want to drink. Minty in absolutely the worst way.
This one is light bodied, with a decent amount of carbonation. Not very drinkable.
Something went awry in the brewing process with this one- menthol should never be a flavor component in this style.

Draught: The beer pours a cloudy straw color. There was some white head, but it didnt linger long. There was a fairly strong, full aroma: corriander, yeast, wheat, a hint of citrus. The body was medium to light. Tastes were along the same lines as the aromas. A fairly decent Wit!
