Pours translucent reddish brown with a short wispy head, light lacing. Very carbonated, almost too much so. Nose has some caramel malts but is dominated by floral hops. Taste is super hoppy, quite bitter, overpowering the malts and sweetness. It was a very fresh beer at least, but I feel that the style was not proper for its characteristics, perhaps more of an amber.
