A drinking experience unlike any other. The Ghost of Neapolitan has all the flavors of our iconic Neapolitan Milk Stout, but with a new twist. This beer drinks like a stout from mouthfeel to flavor, but you’ll be surprised when you open your eyes to find a copper colored ale. You will taste the rich chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry in this fascinating White Stout.

Had on tap. The first white stout I have really enjoyed. The wife loved this one, and makes sense because it is dessert in a glass. Smell is actually strawberry dominated, but the taste has a milk chocolate and malt body to go well with the strawberry, then finished by a vanilla note. Feel with the nitro is creamy, and appropriately lighter given what this beer is with the sweetness. Fun!

This was a Hop Cat (a tap house restaurant) exclusive I just had to try when I saw it, being a White Stout just made it all the better. Looked the part and helped change my Brother in laws view on Stouts, the aroma held hints of the promised cherry, vanilla and chocolate but the tasting had a little less and was more chocolate forward. The feel was light to medium and true to the White Stouts I’ve had in the past, it’s very drinkable and didn’t coat the tongue. Overall I’m glad I got to try this and I would like to try a non-nitro pint to compare.
