Served in a 16oz pint glass at Saugatuck B.C. 10/25/08. Thanks to HeatherAnn for the assist!
A: Served a nicely hazy and unfiltered copper-brown color. Small dallop of bright-white foam with decent retention.
S: Aromas of soft biscuity malt, light apple, and lemon-y noble hops.
T: See above. Fruit and biscuits, very nice.
M: Bitter hoppiness coupled with the dry and toasted biscuity malt.
D: A very interesting example of their Vienna Lager brewed with ale yeast. Tasty and refreshing. This will be a big seller for them in the summer.
