A - Dark brown pour with little to no lacing, the appearance looks more like soda pop.
S - Bourbon, Brandy, subdued chocolate, and oak.
T - Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Bourbon, Brandy, and oak from start to finish with a slight bit of coconut and toasted cocoa poking through.
M - Big medium body that's a tad thin around the edges, silky texture, and warming on the way down.
O - This is a really interesting Barrel Aged beer and is definitely as advertised.

Thank you LloydDobler for this
12 oz can poured into a tulip
A- Black with a small tan head.
S- Chocolate, brandy, bourbon, some dark fruits, roasted malts, vanilla, hints of strawberry. Very barrel forward.
T- Chocolate, strawberry, brandy, vanilla, some bourbon, oak, some dark fruits, touch of roasted malts.
M- Smooth, full body.
O- I was disappointed by the nose since it barely has any Neapolitan qualities but the taste delivers on that very well. Both barrels add great flavor.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little BIG brew pours
a rich heavy black with weak tea highlights, and a thin ring
of off white / tan foam that settles to a thin rig with faint layer
and lacing. Nose of dark chocolate syrup, strawberry, cream,
vanilla, and subtle vinous notes with touches of oak. Flavors
surpass the nose with dark sweet chocolate, cream, char, brulee,
strawberry jam, vinous (wine) notes, faint oak, subtle
bourbon, and a warming booze note. Very nice mouth feel;
full slick body, smooth, rich, coating, and finishing with a bourbon
(with warmth) and sherry / brandy note on the finish that is
sweet and moderately balanced.
Cheers

12 ounce can, canned on 10/30/20. Thanks to my buddy Denis for this one! Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a half inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. I like the aroma, the brew smells like brandy, vanilla, bourbon, chocolate and roasted malt. For the most part the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some strawberry and oaky flavors. Good amount of barrel character, and all the flavors seem to mesh well together with one one flavor overpowering the others. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's a bit slick and creamy with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good brew, definitely worth trying if you get the chance to!

12oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of chocolate, vanilla, fruitiness and brandy. Sweet chocolate and toffee taste with vanilla, strawberry, brandy and oak notes.

You remember when you were a kid trying Neapolitan ice cream for the first time and the ice cream would sort of melt together and all of the flavors swished together and it was a big chocolatey strawberry with a bit of vanilla ice cream?
If you dont, then drink this beer cause thats what it's like...
It is definitely sweet and could be borderline cloying for some folks...
It's big and sweet and boozy...but it tastes awesome and as long as you know what you're getting into here, it's very enjoyable...
