On tap into clean, clear glass. Notes at the brewery indicated that this is a Hefeweizen but I could not give it that label after tasting/rating it. I will say that it had Hefe qualities but a true Hefe it was not.
A Slight hazy, translucent yellow body with minimal, creamy head that leaves decent lace. 3.5
S Light sweet, banana notes (likely from the Belgian yeasts used, described by wait staff) 3.5
T Light wheat, pleasant taste with a bit of the sweet banana. 3.5
M Light, some grains to body. 3.0
D Very good drinkability. 4.0
