Appearance: The hazy amber liquid arrives with a nice cap that leaves a bit of lacing behind
Smell: Biscuity, with stone fruit and a pronounced aroma of candi sugar
Taste: Sweet and biscuity, up front, with pear and candi sugar elements developing in the middle; a bit of fusel alcohol in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation; some warmth in the gullet
Overall: A rather sweet beer that lacks the depth of flavor that the style demands
