This one was a letdown. It's an approximation of Hoegaarden or a similar brew, but the proportions aren't quite there. There is an overarching quality of breadiness that pervades all else, and an unfortunate finish that is reminiscent of fishiness. Definite coriander presence, but it was added either too much or too late. Not bad -- especially with food (crabcake sandwich), but I wasn't eager to have another.
