Never had a beer like this one.
A: half finger head. Gold and clear
S: sweet. Almost cola smell. I know its a stretch but thats what I got.
T: tangy and touch of sour. Orange citrus up front and lemon finish. The lemon and ginger is definitley palatable.
M: light bodied. Dry finish. Moderate carbonation
Overall: interesting combo. I liked this one.

This beer is a specialty seasonal on tap at the brewery. Though it's a strange style, I found it to be the most creative and the most palatable of the offerings at the pub. Certainly worth a try.
Golden straw color with constant bubbles. Tight white head that settles to a ring, leaving no lacing to speak of.
Aromas of lemon and ginger are both obvious, and balanced with a bit of hay and grain husk, as well as some floral, grassy hops.
The flavor is initially honey-sweet, quickly giving way to a robust ginger flavor with citrus tang. A bit of strawy grain husk and a hint of biscuit, finishing with a decent hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel is smooth with medium carbonation, medium body and a fairly dry, astringent finish.
The spicing of this beer, while interesting, makes a whole pint a bit of a daunting task. However, it's certainly an interesting beer and well worth a try- in contrast to the other offerings I had at the brewery. Step in for the food and give this one a shot.
