A - poured with one finger of light tan foam on top of a dark brown body with amber highlights showing through. The head settles slowly and leaves nice lace.
S - some musty hops and nutty brown malt.
T - sweet malt up front with a bit of toffee. Darker caramel notes come out in the middle with a little pine. Finishes with chocolate, grapefruit, and moderate bitterness.
M - medium body, moderate carbonation, and a slightly dry finish.
D - not bad, the asthma is lacking, but the flavor profile his the mark quite well with a combination of slightly dark malt and pungent hops.
