A - Hazy red with minimal head, very nice lacing though...
S - Awesome hoppy nose mixed with spicy herbal rye notes
T - Excellently hoppy...juicy resiny piney hops, spicy rye, and bready yeast. A little unbalanced but in a good way. Bitterness that lingers and begs for another sip!
M - Light carbonation, severed a tad colder than I would like, pretty standard ipa mouthfeel
Overall - I'd put this up against any Rye IPA out there...very good.
There pale ale was good but not as good as this RYE IPA.
A side note - there food was also pretty damn good...the burger was cooked perfectly medium as I specified and very tasty...the fries were solid. Give this place a try! Cheers!
