Bomber from Zyn's. A very nice drinking IPA. Understated almost American pale ale taste that was lovely after a record heat setting day. Pours light orange with a generous off-white head. Faint orange hoppy aroma. Above average mouthfeel. I'm looking out for these guys for the next bottle I can get my hands on.

Poured a hazy copper color with a large frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus hops and malty aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Pours out a cloudy golden haze, with a nice thick head, that dissipitates into a strong clingy lacing around the sides of the glass.
Big orange, dry orange aroma, with spicy background notes. Almost like bark nectar, if that makes any sense.
The taste is a big bold fruit driven, hoppy as, IPA. Just big orange, grapefruit, and big grassy barky flavours. Just a sensational brew all around, and very indepth. I need to go over the flavours again.
Just a well rounded, amazing IPA. Well balanced with delicious fruity flavours, and big bold hoppiness. Easy to drink, but not in a way you don't sip it.

This comes out of the tap a beautiful hazy, opaque, dark honey golden - very appetizing. Aroma is seriously hoppy and has a strong evergreen-ish undertone, promising a beer that is a hop lover's dream. The very rich flavor is fiercely hoppy, and has a strong evergreen component and some malt undertone; bitterness is not strong or nasty. Texture is buttery smooth but lively and tingly. Strongly recommended to all who appreciate hoppy beers.

The Tracktown was a good looking beer. It poured an orange hazy color with an aggressive 2-3 finger foam head with some sweet sticky lacing.
The aroma was piney citrus. It was hoppy all the way. The taste had a good malt backbone with the raspy type of hop harshness. I liked it. It was abrasive on the taste buds and became real fruity on the finish as it continued to warm. Overall a good American IPA.

This was a great beer. Pours an opaque golden color with a nice head and slow lacing. The smell was bright and floral. Tastes of hops w/notes of grapefruit and a citrusy finish. Has a bitey but not bitter mouthfeel with nice carbonation. Yep, like this one.

Served on-tap at Romans' Pub on 5-20-08.
Pours a hazy, golden amber color with a pitted, one-finger head. Good head retention and phenomenal sheets of sticky lacing.
Floral hop aroma with hints of grapefruit and peach.
Opens with a mixture of banana and floral hops. Nicely balanced with a malty richness and notes of peach and honey. Finishes bitter, but never biting. Complex, yet true to its style.
Chewy mouthfeel. Refreshingly drinkable. Without question, worth crossing the tracks for.

This one was served in a standard pint. It is a hazy apricot with a smallish white head.
The beer has a big aroma of pinesap and grapefruit.
Massive hops, tons of fresh cut pine. The malts are waaay in the background, but they provide just enough balance. If youre a hop fan you will like this one. It is a teeth shredder in the best way!
The mouth is coating and oily. Easy drinker, for any hop head it is! The 85 IBUs are clearly on display!!

An utterly indistinct beer that tastes like your buddys well intentioned but inept homebrew. Has a nice white head and clinging lace on a pale yellow and very clear body. But no carbonation. None. And the taste was not necessarily of a once-good beer gone stale. Theres also far too little hop presence to justify the designation as an IPA just a breezy hop aroma and a simple bitter finish.
Eugene is known for many things, among them are the legacy of the U of Os track team and the exploits of one former member who went on to found a company called Nike. That explains the name Tracktown. But theres nothing here that explains this beer as a member of the Rogue Nation. The words Rogue or IPA simply dont apply.
7% ABV, 85 IBU.
