On tap at Kickbacks Gastropub in Jax. Experimental batch of a dubbel with cherry puree added post fermentation per Rogue. Poured into a Unibroue tulip. Ruby body with a off-white soapy, soapy head. Aroma is mainly pitted fruits, raisins with some cherry tartness. Taste is interesting for a dubbel, I'm sure made a bit more tart than traditional dubbels because of the cherry. Nobody knows the abv but as a dubbel I would expect it to be 7-8% in which case its very impressive that none of the heat is tasted. Very interesting and more delicious upon warming. Less sweet than expected for a dubbel but more tart, but delicious.
