A light beer that does not sacrifice taste and quality. Our light lager is based on our border Pilsner lager, brewed with German Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops.

tap
Pours a clear gold with a white lacing for a head.
Aroma of crisp corn and barley malt with a light dry pilsner hoppiness.
Smooth barley flavor with a hint of citrus.
Light body with a light tingle of carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
For a light lager, quite good actually. Impressive amount of flavor and aroma. Much better than anything that calls itself "light" or "lite."

Tap:
Medium gold, lightly protein hazed with a 2 finger hermetic white cap..decent lacing for a "light" beer.
Aromas of cereal, husk, light sweetness, and some faint floral tones, light sulphur tones.
Moderate mouth feel with a light body. adequate biscuity malts and floral hopping in good balance, fresh tasting with a clean malty finish.
One of the best light lagers (pilsners) I've tasted. Would double as a session lager any day.

Tried at the new brewpub in Niagara Falls, brewed with Saaz hops making 10 IBUs. Light yellow colour. Below average mouthfeel, but still one of their more drinkable ones, a light flavour that one can make sessionable or will pretty well go with everything. No aroma.
