On tap.
Tapped a pale gold milky ale with a 2 finger frothy cap that stacked out of the glass. Moderate carbonation for the style.
Aroma had coriander overload ( and I suspect some fennel seed) which totally dominated the aroma....
Unfortunately the result of over use of these two spices combines with some sulphurous yeast phenols to creates a vegetal tone like "celery". No this is NOT DMS but it is an unexpected aromatic that results from overloading coriander seed. Flavor was dominated by the spice, there were moments where the dry buiscuit wheat malt broke through but the spice power dominates the drink along with the hops...no hint of orange peel.
No off tastes, but needs work.

Tap at brewpub: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color ale with almost no head. Aroma of coriander and orange peel is stronger then anticipated with some light wheat malt also coming through. Taste is overly spice with too much coriander coming through and limited wheat being perceptible. Body is full with limited filtration but carbonation is too low for style. Maybe a tad too much spice for the style and definitely lacking some carbonation - I will have to re-rate because there is element of an interesting beer in here.

Had at the new brewpub in Niagara Falls. 19 IBU. Cascada is falls in Italian, not the hop used. Cloudy white with Caesar head, and leaving some lace representing the freshness of it. A bit woody aroma, surprisingly. Watery mouthfeel, overcarbonated, a bit of orange and wheat flavour. Not a good wit.
