Bière au Cognac...new release
A-Murky amber-copper (hence the name) with off-white head that fades quickly.
S-Fruit notes, including apple, grape, fresh malt, light spice, heavy Belgian yeast with hint of gunpowder.
T-Spicy fruit and pale malt and wheat with notes of cognac, Belgian yeast. Slightly dry and spicy finish. Could probably benefit from a bit more hop dryness.
M-Medium bodied with ample carbonation. Softly textured, most likely from the bit of wheat.
O-A decent little beer that I will buy again. Unique flavors that go well together. Some small kinks to work out.
