33 cl bottle straight up, Toulouse, France.
Big fizzy foam oozes out the opened bottle.
Not much on the nose. More sweetness than hoppiness, this being an Artisanale American IPA and all,.,
Taste leans sweet, generic, weak. The 6% ABV saves this sud from being a dud. I’m being generous,.,
Mouthfeel is thicker than it should be,. no ‘refreshing’ element to be had. High carbonation.
Overall, Christophe Ratz skimped on the hops, plain and simple. Is this a 3.05€ single bottle? No.
