Dark red in colour, hazy, with a thick and retentive buff head. Strong in taste, punching above its ABV. Sweet and sour. I was too far gone by the point that I tried it to remember anything more about it.

Beer bottle (33cl), tasted in 2007.
Appearance : DÀNA is a name of a Celtic goddess. This white beer naturally trouble, owes its color to cereals used in its brewing (malt, wheat, wheat, oats) and the ever-present yeast because it is an unfiltered beer.
Smell : citrus aroma
Taste and mouthfeel : spicy and fruity
Drinkability : successfully accompany oysters, whitefish and smoked.
