Pint tap pours with pulled pork pizza at Prima Circus, Toulouse, France.
Presented in stemmed logoed glassware, style point added! Little short on the foam.
Nose is hoppy, right up front.
Taste is joyous and pops fresh hops,., so much so that I’d argue this is really a ginger IPA hybrid.
Mouth is light and refreshing. Exciting carbonation.
Overall, a fine drinking dinner ale I would gladly revisit on a summer afternoon.
