It pours an almost pitch black colour with a three fingers head.
Apple, tart cherry, chocolate powder, peppercorn, vanilla, a bit of booze, orange, smoke
A bit acidic with apple, cherries and cocoa. Some nice barrel notes. Smoke
Moderate to low carbonation, a bit viscous but not that thick mouthfeel.
A nice barrel aged imperial stout. Balanced at all times, this might not be the best example of the style as it's more acidic and it has some strong dark berries notes. It remains drinkable all along the session despite the Abv
