Beer bottle (75cl), tasted in 2008.
Appearance : Coffee color, very opaque, thick tan foam head (not persistent).
Smell : Chocolate and hops aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : dry and nervous sensations, bitter finish.
Drinkability : a good beer in the Bière de garde style (dark), which contrasts with so many brown sweetened (better drank it at room temp).
