Watch out when you open the bottle to avoid a gusher!!!
Poured in my Struisse glass the beer looks very promising. Colour is caramel like and the head is big and broken white. The caramel fluid is too thick to see any carbonation.
The smell is nice, you can smell the local herbs and fruits they used (vlierbes en duindoorn) and the honey.
Good and fresh taste, a bit dry.
I can imagine that the best place to drink this one in on the isle itself.
