Hazy orange color with off-white head. Aroma is intense on the tea with some nice lemon in the background. Taste starts also with tea flavor, continues with nutty malts and the finish is quite bitter, herbal and lingers with bitter tea flavor. Quite interesting beer.

Pours amber with a large head.
Nose shows herbal earl grey notes along with sweet malt.
Flavours are similar. The earl grey is very strong. Again, there's some sweet malt underneath, very clean.

From a 330ml bottle into a tulip pint glass.

A: Pours a clear, golden amber. A good finger of thick head at first, which dissipated at a normal rate. Left excellent lacing.
S: An excellent blend of hops and earl grey tea! Major apricot and bright citrus fruits (grapefruit) along with earl grey tea.
T: Pale malts very quickly followed by some caramel notes then solidly backed up by bittering hops. Very nice lingering bitterness. Then there's all the hop flavor, with a dry ear grey tea finish. Very interesting and enjoyable.
M: Medium bodied for an IPA, but drinks very smoothly though.

Overall: A very nicely balanced beer. Something very unique and perfectly executed.

Orange colour, hazy with poured sediment. Smell: apricot, tangerines, Earl Grey, alcohol. Full body with sediment, lighter and more refreshing without it, and not so full of aroma of apricots and booze. Sweet and bitter in the finish. Very interesting IPA. Reminds me a bit of bottle-conditioned Youngs Special London. Should try it with and without sediment, because it's very different.

I had this at Borefts 2014. I remember a very good IPA with a great flavors of grapefruit, tropical fruits and also some Bergamotte from the Earl grey addition. I expected a much stronger tea flavor and was surprised how well integrated the Bergamotte was in the beer both in aroma and taste. Good idea, execution great. Will try to enjoy this again.
