Pours hazy amber with a large head.
Nose shows woody oak, white wine, soft funky notes, nectarines, grapes and spicy phenols.
Loads more oak as a flavours, contributing some vanilla. A fair whack of booze detracts slightly alongside an astringent finish. A faint acidity is present along with a fairly strong bitterness. An interesting combination, although it melds together a bit more as it warms up.

Beautiful clear copper colour. Citrus and white wine on the nose. Sour IPA. Overpriced, but very nice.

Hazy dark orange, creamy white head that recedes really slowly.
Semi-dry white wine on the nose, barrel stave, orange peel, faint pineapple, grass, floral hop, touch of caramel, honey, apple, faint peach. Fruity, not too acidic, not too sweet.
Big white wine in the taste, really acidic and a bit sour, with really huge woody, tannin notes from the start. Bitter and grassy, lots of lemon and grapefruit peel. A bit of orchard fruit sweetness, even some tropical hints. Straw and funky hay towards the finish, tons of moldy, damp wine barrel too, extra bitter hop for a nice dry finish.
Aftertaste has big barrel notes, grassy hop, citrus peel. Medium to light body, medium carbonation.
Not as sour as expected, but really refreshing, mildly acidic, with a really rich barrel characteristic. Really cool.

Nose of vinous notes, tropical fruit, subtle wood. Taste white wine, wood, fruitiness, light sour. Excellent barrel-aged DIPA!
