A dark copper beer with a small large-bubbled head.
Smell of malt and raisins. A big smell that cames across as sweet and strong. No yeast profile detected. This is a bottom fermented doppelbock, so it should smell clean.
Taste is raisins, a remarkable taste that is followed by a nice malty, munich taste. Not much of the yeast, or that may be the yeast too, I don't know. Body is sweet and heavy, a bit syrupy.
